By collecting rainwater you reduce the volume of water treated by the sewage system and reduce your consumption of drinkable treated water for irrigation. Gravity fed, water from the trickle system tank is used to keep the end-capped irrigation pipes constantly filled with water and feeding your lawn or garden with the trickle watering system. Pipes run 8-12 inches below the ground and feed water to where plants need it the most. Through soil saturation, the system will only use as much water as the soil and plants can absorb.
